You have the choice of one of our pre-designed & priced floor plans, designing your own home with one of our experienced Draftsman or Architects, or bringing in an already completed plan for us to provide a price for you.

Quite often we here of people turning away from purchasing sloping land, as many believe building can be too expensive. We specialise in building on sites such as this and believe with the right planning and design no outcome is unachievable.

I first hired Dan because he offers the best pricing in the Maleny area, but working with him is absolutely fantastic. I’ve used his services to build two Queenslander style homes and both times the process was very simple – sign the contract and later pick up the key. Both homes were delivered before the due date and on budget. The customer service of Dan and his staff is exceptional. Dan quickly returns calls and is always well-mannered and courteous. He is a delight to work with.
